Agusan Del Norte Philippines
Vacation & Travel Packages for Hotels & Resorts
Agusan del Norte is a second class province in the Philippines, being the smallest in the Caraga Region (northeastern portion of Mindanao; consisting of the provinces of four others: Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Dinagat Islands). The landscape is mostly mountainous, especially along its western and northeastern parts. The rest of the land is flat, with rolling lands specifically where the popular Agusan River is cutting through before it empties into the Butuan Bay.
Most Philippine tourists that travel to Agusan del Norte province describe it as a haven of natural beauty in the tropics. The scenic Agusan del Norte never fails to cast an instantly enigmatic charm that is apparently drawn from the numerous archaic mementos that are spread throughout the area. This tourism destination in the Philippines is rich in culture and history, not to mention the drama that completes vacationers’ imaginations.
